At Orvella Equestrian, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the information below for details about our shipping and delivery process.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $200
  • $12 Flat-Rate Standard Shipping on U.S. orders under $200
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Orvella Equestrian's control.


Domestic Shipping Only

Orvella Equestrian currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order. Orvella Equestrian is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.

For damaged packages, we recommend keeping the original packaging and taking photos of the package and products.
